Bacon, by way of shroom

How to crisp Pink Oysters into a little magic.


Can be eaten hot or cold. On salad or an omelet is great.



Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Lb of Pink

  • Oyster mushroom

  • 1/4 tsp Liquid smoke (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp of Smoked Paprika

  • generous pinch of Salt


How To
  1. tear or chop up pink oyster into 1/2 inch pieces

  2. Sautee in coconut oil

  3. When nice and crisp...add a 1/2 tsp of liquid smoke

  4. remove from heat and add smoked paprika and salt to taste
