How to crisp Pink Oysters into a little magic.
Can be eaten hot or cold. On salad or an omelet is great.
Ingredients:
1/2 Lb of Pink
Oyster mushroom
1/4 tsp Liquid smoke (optional)
1/2 tsp of Smoked Paprika
generous pinch of Salt
How To
tear or chop up pink oyster into 1/2 inch pieces
Sautee in coconut oil
When nice and crisp...add a 1/2 tsp of liquid smoke
remove from heat and add smoked paprika and salt to taste
