Seriously....why did we not know that this existed ???

Ingredients
400 grams of lion’s mane mushroom
1 cup chickpea flour (do not substitute)
1 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp ground chipotle chili
1/2 tsp garam masala (you'll find it at whole foods...it's worth it)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Pinch of sea salt (smoked salt is amazing too)
Olive oil (depends on the pan, but enough to have a puddle in the pan (1/4 inch deep or so)
or for a smaller snack (100 grams of Lion's mane is what I used in all the pics)
100 grams of lion’s mane mushroom

1/8 tsp coriander
a pinch of ground chipotle chili
1/8 tsp garam masala (you'll find it at whole foods...it's worth it)
1/8 tsp smoked paprika
Pinch of sea salt (smoked salt is amazing too)
Olive oil (depends on the pan, but enough to have a puddle in the pan (1/4 inch deep or so)
How To:
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Separate the Lion's mane by hand into nugget parts
Heat the olive oil to medium-high (7 out of 10)
Add the water to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
Throw in the lion's mane and gently coat with the mix
Add the bits into the oil cook each side for 2 minutes or until golden brown
Drain nuggets quickly on a paper towel
sprinkle with good pinch of sea salt & pepper
Sit back enjoy and go ..... Wow






This is a mushroom....a very very healthy mushroom.....and it tastes that good.
