a fantastic way to enjoy your king oysters.
Ingredients:
King Oysters (2 to 3 scallops per mushroom)
olive oil
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 Tbsp butter
sweet paprika
chopped parsley
How To:
Cut the stem of the oyster into 1 inch thick slices (like a scallop)
rub olive oil on one side
rub the salt, pepper& paprika into the oiled side
sautee, seasoned side down in a medium-hot pan for 2 to 3 minutes without moving.
sprinkle the top side with salt pepper and paprika and flip over (2 to 3 minutes more)
Add butter and parsley and flip the scallops in the melted butter so they are coated
serve and enjoy like you would a scallop.
