King Scallops

a fantastic way to enjoy your king oysters.




Ingredients:
  • King Oysters (2 to 3 scallops per mushroom)

  • olive oil

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of pepper

  • 1 Tbsp butter

  • sweet paprika

  • chopped parsley

How To:
  1. Cut the stem of the oyster into 1 inch thick slices (like a scallop)

  2. rub olive oil on one side

  3. rub the salt, pepper& paprika into the oiled side

  4. sautee, seasoned side down in a medium-hot pan for 2 to 3 minutes without moving.

  5. sprinkle the top side with salt pepper and paprika and flip over (2 to 3 minutes more)

  6. Add butter and parsley and flip the scallops in the melted butter so they are coated

  7. serve and enjoy like you would a scallop.
